ABOUT THE ROLE

Manresa are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who has a passion for the building industry to join the team.

 

The role will involve providing vital administrative support to the team including but not limited to:

  • Project and company financial reporting

  • Bid preparation

  • Document management

  • Liaising with tenants/property managers

  • Assistance with updating of marketing material

  • Assistance to estimating and construction departments on an as needs basis

  • Improvement and implementation of workflow processes

  • HR administration

  • General administration support

 

Key knowledge base:

  • Computer Literacy in Microsoft Office Software essential.

  • Written literacy

  • Planning and organizing

  • Time management

  • Detail orientated

  • Clear communicator

The successful candidate will have a fantastic opportunity to grow and learn on the job and be able to obtain wide variety of experience in all facets of the business.

WHATS ON OFFER

The role is permanent part-time - 3 to 4 days per week and we are flexible with the actual days during the week and times.

There will be some instances for a set day to work due to the industry on occasion.
